Thank you Pink Flamingo for a fabulous dinner. The restaurant was a fantastic meal and the prices are the most fair and reasonable you will ever find on the island which is NOT the norm. He and his family couldn’t have been nicer but let’s face it, nobody reading this cares about the owners demeanor. The jerk pork plate which included rice, coleslaw and plantains was delicious! Not only was the food better than I expected but the prices are about 1/2 of everything else on the island and the food is better too! I even met the wife’s husband who sat with me and shared stories of the island. Soon after I met the chef (his mother) who came out to greet me as well and take my order. Upon arriving at The Pink Flamingo, I was greeted by the family’s son who was extremely cordial. Anegada Beach Club is the only exception but they serve commercial food that I can get all day in the states. Not me, I have been coming to the BVI’s and Anegada for 25 years plus and find the food subpar at every restaurant on Anegada island. the commercial fare that most visitors to the island of Anegada are comfortable with.
